All guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult at all times including during treatment time (In order to have a treatment with us all guests must be 16+).

It is imperative that all guests at the time of booking disclose any medical details, allergies, recent surgeries within the last 6 months, any previous lymph nodes removal and/ or pregnancies. If not done so this may and will affect your treatment choice on the day.

Should you have had any lymph nodes removed or if you are undergoing any treatment for cancer or recovering from cancer we advise you to book our range of Made for life Organics treatments as they are specifically tailored for guests with the above conditions.

All bookings must be reserved in the name of the person having the treatment. If a residential guest , the name of the person making the hotel reservation must also be given.

Full payment will be taken at the time of booking. Should you wish to cancel your booking , a 50% deposit will be available up to 48 hours prior to the arrival. Cancellation made within 48 hours will result in full loss of payment. All prices include VAT at current rate.
