Accommodation Cancellation Policy

Please refer to the individual rates for your accommodation cancellation policies, this can also be seen on you booking confirmation.

Spa Cancellation Policy

Full payment is required upfront to secure all bookings. This also applies to guests who are paying with Gift Cards.

All reservations must be booked in the name of the person having the treatment. If a residential guest, the name of the person making the hotel reservation must also be given.

Spa Days & Treatment Only Bookings All bookings are non-refundable. Should you wish to cancel or amend your booking in anyway a minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required, you then have a further 3 months to rebook from this date. However, should you wish to cancel within the 48 hours, this will result in full loss of payment.

Resident Treatment Bookings A 50% non-refundable deposit is required upfront to secure the booking. The remaining balance will be added to your room bill upon departure. Should any cancellations occur within 24hours the full treatment balance will be chargeable.
