All guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult at all times including during treatment time (In order to have a treatment with us all guests must be 16+).

It is imperative that all guests at the time of booking disclose any medical details, allergies, recent surgeries within the last 6 months, any previous lymph nodes removal and/ or pregnancies. If not done so this may and will affect your treatment choice on the day.

Should you have had any lymph nodes removed or if you are undergoing any treatment for cancer or recovery, we advise you to book our range of Made for life Organics treatments as they are specifically tailored for guests with the above conditions.

All bookings must be reserved in the name of the person having the treatment. If a residential guest , the name of the person making the hotel reservation must also be given.

Spa Days & Treatment Only Bookings

All bookings are non-refundable. Should you wish to cancel or amend your booking in anyway a minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required, you then have a further 3 months to rebook from this date. However, should you wish to cancel within the 48 hours, this will result in full loss of payment.

Resident Treatment Bookings

Booking online you will make payment in full. Should any cancellations occur 24 hours or more, 50% will be refundable. Should any cancellations occur within 24 hours, this will result in full loss of payment.
